David Shepard Burr is a Crisis Manager and Interventionist. He specializes in drug and alcohol interventions but also deals extensively with gambling, sex and work addictions as well as eating disorders. His experience in the field, both personal and professional, is his strongest attribute. He works with families, with corporations and with professionals from many fields including finance, entertainment, law, fashion and advertising.
After Duke University, Burr spent his early life in the Manhattan corporate world. But by 1985, Burr had sold his share of a $15 million a year graphics and display business to devote himself to the business of intervention.
For many years afterwards he headed his own company specializing in executive interventions for corporations. Today he operates independently, consulting and intervening in cases all over the world, for hundreds of people from 10 to 82, and ranging from pro bono work with schools and local teens in the Hamptons, where he now lives, to clients from Beverly Hills to Paris.
Combining his successful business background with a keen awareness of the realities of addiction and his years of study and experience in the field, Burr has conducted interventions with families, businesses, Universities, and governments. His experience with high-profile, high-performance, and highly functional addicts and alcoholics is legendary.
Currently, he is considered one of the foremost crisis managers and interventionists in the world. He is frequently sought out by doctors, psychiatrists and Treatment Centers to handle their most difficult cases.
Burr is a co-founder of Project Right Start and of the Association of Intervention Specialists as well as a Board Member of the National Council of Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. He lives in Water Mill, New York.

Rae Dylan is a Sober Coach and Interventionist. She specializes in sober
companionship for individuals as well as their families who suffer with drug
and alcohol addiction. Rae works with the entertainment industry, business
professionals, and young adults seeking a path of recovery.
Rae found her voice in the world when she realized her greatest gift was to work
together with people who struggled through addiction, dependency, or self-
destructive behavior, just as she had. She believes one can connect to what they
know.
Her cases require travel, protection from the press, nutritional guidance, health
issues, medication, detox, and interventions. She works with Doctors, Psychiatrists,
and treatment centers to facilitate recovery programs based on individual needs.

Brad Baker is a Crisis Manager and Interventionist who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with addiction and/or behavioral issues. Over the past decade Brad has assisted hundreds of families in identifying appropriate treatment placement options, conducting interventions, escorting individuals to treatment, monitoring the individual while in treatment, setting up appropriate aftercare and when needed facilitating the recovery of runaway adolescents or missing adults.
Brad also works with attorneys from across the country to assist in providing Alternative Sentencing, which when appropriate, allows an individual to enter into treatment rather than incarceration while providing accountability to the courts. As a testament to his knowledge, dedication and experience Brad has been interviewed by several print media outlets and has appeared on national news programs such as The O'Reilly Factor, Fox News and Catherine Crier.
Currently Brad is involved with the Veterans Support Center which provides assistance to Vets in the form of education, training, family assistance, suicide awareness, addiction and criminal justice partnership. Brad lives in Cumming, Georgia.
